Beware of the Pipeline

BEWARE OF THE PIPELINE The Elder Scrolls: Arena The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim 1994 1996 2002 2006 2011

A comparison of characters from The Elder Scrolls games shows how their visual designs change from Arena in 1994 to Skyrim in 2011, with increasingly exaggerated and revealing armor. The joke is that the series pipeline produces progressively stranger character designs, so the image is sent as a humorous warning about what happens when a franchise evolves over time.
