Cat Shifts Into Fifth Gear

Text on the meme

ignition first gear second gear third gear fifth gear

What it means

An orange-and-white cat sits on a wooden floor as the camera gradually moves closer to its increasingly intense face. Captions compare the cat’s escalating expression and apparent meowing to a car shifting through gears, ending with a chaotic blurred jump to fifth gear. The clip is used as an absurd reaction to rising intensity or anger.
