A Flag Worth Defending
A FLAG WORTH DEFENDING. We defend human rights, everyone’s equal value and our right to live as we choose. SWEDISH ARMED FORCES
A group of armed soldiers stands outdoors beneath a rainbow pride flag, with text declaring it a flag worth defending and affirming human rights and the right to live freely. The joke comes from presenting soldiers as defenders of LGBTQ+ rights, often used as a reaction to ironic or patriotic discussions about freedom and equality.
