I installed a fingerprint sensor on a TV remote. I was watching TV, but someone kept changing the channel. So, I brought a fingerprint sensor. It works when you use a registered fingerprint, but it doesn't work with an unregistered one. To install the fingerprint sensor in the middle circular part of the remote, I disassembled the remote. I created a mounting fixture to fit the fingerprint sensor to the middle button, and secured it to the remote to complete the installation. When you touch the fingerprint and press a button, the remote works. But if you touch the fingerprint again, the remote stops working after taking it home and testing it. The fingerprint sensor works perfectly.
