Construction Crew Still Working

Text on the meme

Pov the construction crew that’s been “working” on this tower for almost 10 years now:

What it means

A man in a white shirt slowly turns and gives an increasingly suspicious, baffled look in front of a skyscraper that is still under construction. The caption jokes that the crew has supposedly been “working” on the tower for almost ten years, making his awkward reaction the punchline for an absurdly delayed project. The clip is set to Dj Luh Souza — When Done Trend, whose upbeat Brazilian funk-style rhythm contrasts with the stalled construction and makes the reaction feel even more comedic.

Speech

What are you doing? What are you doing? Nothing. Me? Just hanging around.
