Progressive Criticism Versus Male Approval

Text on the meme

"Noo! She's just a stereotypical sex symbol! And was it necessary to make her so white? How can a Girl demisexual hetero self insert into the game and role play accordingly when the whole premise is inherently racist, sexist and non inclusive?" "He's perfect" "For Real, No cap" "He's literally me"

What it means

The meme contrasts a group of women criticizing a female character for being a stereotypical, overly white sex symbol with a group of men enthusiastically approving of a male character. The joke mocks hypocrisy in media criticism and the tendency to demand representation from female characters while identifying uncritically with idealized male characters. It is used as a reaction to perceived double standards in fandom and online discourse.
