Autism Is a Spectrum
Autism is a spectrum
A hand-drawn image shows a strange winged creature on the left and a beetle on the right, connected by a double-ended arrow beneath the caption “Autism is a spectrum.” The joke humorously interprets the spectrum as ranging from an unusual fantastical creature to an ordinary insect, using absurd visual comparison as a reaction to autism-related differences.
