Beetle Evolution Meets Its Nose

Imagine evolving for millions of years just to be grabbed by the nose.

A large horned beetle crawls across a tabletop while a hand repeatedly grabs and moves it by its long horn-like nose. Its wings buzz and flap as it struggles, accompanied by engine-like buzzing and mechanical vehicle sounds that make the tiny insect seem absurdly dramatic. The joke is that millions of years of evolution supposedly led to the beetle being helplessly picked up by its nose, making it a reaction for pointless suffering or bad luck.

Imagine evolving for millions of years just to be grabbed by the nose.
