Wrong Place to Make Friends

Text on the meme

hello .? is this where the Home of Phobia is...? someone told me i could make friends here..? i think you're in the wrong place, partner..

What it means

A pink-haired anime-style girl carrying a large instrument case asks a girl in a tracksuit whether this is the Home of Phobia, while a Twilight Sparkle sign hangs behind them. The punchline is that she has confused a dangerous, rundown neighborhood with a friendly place to meet people, making it a darkly absurd reaction to being in the wrong place.
