Blocking the Fire Exit

Me when the women start to get overly physical with me in the workplace (Theres an active shooter, I’m blocking the fire exit)

A blond man in a blue shirt looks uncomfortable while the caption jokes that he is being overly physical with women at work. The punchline reveals that he is actually blocking the fire exit during an active shooter situation, making his awkward expression absurdly misleading as a workplace reaction meme.
