Makima Denies Gaslighting
Me gaslighting you? Babe i would never <3
Makima from Chainsaw Man leans toward the viewer with a calm, knowing expression while denying that she is gaslighting them. The joke is ironic because Makima is manipulative and controlling, so her sweet denial is itself gaslighting; it is sent as a reaction when someone obviously manipulates or lies while pretending innocence.
