What it means

A wedding reception table decorated with red roses, folded napkins, and place settings is shown beneath a shocking headline about a Japanese woman claiming that her husband played a sex tape of her and her ex-husband at their stepdaughter’s wedding. The absurd contrast between the elegant wedding setting and the scandalous allegation makes it a reaction meme for outrageous, awkward, or unbelievable situations.
