First Time Hearing a Masterpiece

Average person listening to this masterpiece for the first time

A blue-tinted bearded man slowly tilts and turns his head beneath a huge moon in a dark, mountainous forest while listening to Jeremy Soule’s “Secunda.” The serene, atmospheric orchestral video-game music makes his exaggerated look of awe and near-spiritual rapture funny, as if hearing the song is a transcendent experience. It is used as a reaction to praise a beautiful or emotionally powerful piece of music.
