Seven-Year-Old Goodbye at Chuck E. Cheese

Text on the meme

7 year old me saying goodbye to the random kid I met in the Chuck E Cheese Skytubes knowing I might not see them again John!

What it means

A dramatic video-game scene shows two soldiers saying goodbye, with one reaching out as the other leaves. The oversized caption humorously compares this intense farewell to a seven-year-old parting from a random child met in Chuck E. Cheese’s play tubes. It is used as an exaggerated reaction to an unexpectedly emotional goodbye.

Speech

Ah well, we meet again.
