Text on the meme

not sure if this is counterfeit but if it isn't its untaxed. Please seize him

What it means

A long trail of one-dollar bills stretches across a bed, with a stack of cash and clothes nearby. The joke treats the unusually long line of money as suspicious untaxed currency and asks authorities to seize it, making it a deadpan reaction to displaying cash.
