EN: Tinker Bell is shown alongside characters from Evangelion, but her name is partially censored and accompanied by a warning that the user has been blocked for hate speech. The joke comes from absurdly treating the innocent fairy as prohibited content, and it is used as a reaction to excessive moderation or an absurd ban.
