serial experiments lain Strange start What the hell is going on Oh, I’m starting to get it nvm WE LOVE LAIN

What it means

An anime girl from Serial Experiments Lain sits against a dark, surreal background while a sequence of captions moves from confusion to partial understanding and finally unconditional enthusiasm. The joke captures the experience of watching Lain: the plot initially feels incomprehensible, then briefly seems to make sense, before giving up and simply declaring love for the anime. It is sent as a reaction to confusing media, surreal explanations, or devoted Lain fandom.
