Nightmare Blunt Rotation
Nightmare blunt rotation
A four-panel collage shows unsettling faces, including Doctor Strange, Thanos, and She-Hulk. The joke is that sharing a blunt with these bizarre or frightening people would be an awful experience, so the image is used as an absurd reaction to an unpleasant group or situation.
