Bodycam footage shows a Phoenix police officer approaching and inspecting a white driverless car outside a shopping center. The officer discusses the autonomous vehicle driving into oncoming lanes and taking off through an intersection, while the absurdity comes from trying to identify or cite a car with no driver.
