What it means

A meme shows two women passionately kissing in a bathtub, with Russian and Serbian flags placed over them. The joke exaggerates the idea that Russians and Serbs become extremely affectionate and united in online comment sections, especially when discussing shared cultural or political sentiments. It is used as a reaction to unexpectedly intense solidarity between Russian and Serbian commenters.
