Pepe Hugs Her While She Talks

What it means

A blonde woman speaks directly to the camera from the driver’s seat of a car while an oversized Pepe the Frog cartoon gradually appears in front of her, hugging her torso. The absurd visual interruption turns her serious statement, “I genuinely think the world went down,” into a surreal reaction meme. The clip is set to the moody gangster-style track “Brooklyn Ganster” by Lil' Brazil & The Man With The Cars 2 Guitar, whose dramatic music makes the strange embrace feel even more exaggerated.
