Blue People Watching Avatar
'Avatar 2' called out for 'cultural appropriation' *blue people watching Avatar
A New York Post headline says Avatar 2 was accused of cultural appropriation, above an edited cinema reaction image of a blue-faced man watching the film. The joke imagines actual blue people reacting to the accusation, treating them as the supposedly appropriated group. It is used to mock overly literal or performative criticism.
