Trump Stupid Decision Cycle

Text on the meme

I MAKE A STUPID DECISION SOMETHING REALLY BAD HAPPENS I CONVINCE MY FOLLOWERS THE PROBLEM IS NOW MAGICALLY SOLVED I REVERSE MY STUPID DECISION

What it means

A circular flowchart shows Donald Trump repeatedly making a stupid decision, causing something bad to happen, convincing his followers that the problem is magically solved, and then reversing the decision. The joke mocks a perceived cycle of impulsive decisions, denial, and reversal in politics.
