My cousin came out as non-binary because she's too "complex, intelligent, and independent to be a woman" I am extremely upset. She made a post on Instagram "coming out" and her reasoning for it was so sexist and demeaning. She thinks that because she likes science, video games, and isn't submissive to a man that she's not a woman. Because apparently not being a 1950s housewife makes you "not a woman". She is in her 20s and going through Not Like The Other Girls syndrome. I'm infuriated.
