Patrick Bateman is literally me

Patrick bateman is literally me literally me

What it means

A four-panel collage contrasts crowds and a sad Wojak calling Patrick Bateman “literally me” with scenes of Bateman and a distressed man staring upward. The joke mocks people who idolize or identify with the violent, emotionally empty American Psycho character while missing the satire; it is used to react to “literally me” film-bro fandom.
