Rust Compiler and Java Production

Twitter The new rust compiler is here... it’s over for you zig devs, its blazingly fast and has a new trait resolver, the internet is talking about it a lot! keep adding language features to make your language even more bloated and complex, once we get a mature ecosystem no one will use you! Production Yo Java 25 is really good, next LTS will be Valhalla as well Theres a Java what

A four-panel Wojak meme contrasts online excitement about a new Rust compiler with a crying programmer warning that excessive language features make languages bloated and unused. The bottom panels mock production reality: Java 25 is praised as good, while the speaker is surprised that Java still exists. It is sent as a reaction to programming-language hype, ecosystem arguments, and the gap between developer discourse and practical production use.
