Anime Fan Explains the Plot

Text on the meme

Me listening to the anime fan explain how underage girls doing sexually suggestive things is essential to the plot

What it means

Two men sit in a dimly lit bar while one intensely explains something to the other. The joke mocks anime fans who defend sexualized depictions of underage girls by claiming they are essential to the story, and is used as a sarcastic reaction to that argument.
