BREAKING: Suspect who shot Shinzo Abe, former Japan PM, identified as Samsuya Hydemagami

What it means

A fake breaking-news post shows an armed young man in a forest, claiming that the suspect who shot former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe was identified as “Samsuya Hydemagami.” The joke is the absurd, obviously fabricated name and the deliberately serious news presentation, making it useful as a reaction to ridiculous misinformation or an implausible story.
