Chinese Censorship White Blood

Text on the meme

Apparently, Due to Chinese censorship, Bloods in anime will be recolored into White to make it not look too graphic

What it means

A close-up anime character appears in two nearly identical panels, with dark blood changed to white in the second panel. The joke mocks censorship by implying that recoloring blood white somehow makes violent imagery less graphic. It is used as a reaction to absurd or overly sanitized censorship.
