Rookie mistake giving up your back like that

What it means

A woman stirs a drink in a kitchen while someone sneaks up behind her and wraps their arms around her. The clip then cuts to a masked grappler using a training dummy, only for the grappler to be thrown onto the floor. The joke is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu reference: giving up your back lets your opponent take control, set to the moody indie-pop song “Jungle” by Emma Louise, whose dramatic atmosphere heightens the slapstick fall.
