A green-text post says the person was born and named Goobins by their parents, followed by a distorted red screaming face with black eyes and jagged teeth. The joke is that the absurd name supposedly doomed them from birth, so the image reacts with exaggerated existential despair. It is used when someone blames an embarrassing name, decision, or circumstance for their inevitable failure.
