...no organized life was possible in b* - Walt Haney, "The B*****g of Laos and the Browning of One Volunteer" (1977)
What it means

The clip begins as a polished close-up of chicken being covered in green chive butter, paired with a cheerful recipe introduction. It abruptly cuts to Lyndon B. Johnson, bomber aircraft, and footage of explosions while the narration explains the massive U.S. bombing of Laos; the contrast between cooking-video aesthetics and horrifying historical facts creates the dark, absurd punchline. It ends with a citation about organized life becoming impossible in Laos and a TikTok search card. What's up guys? I'm making chive butter chicken breast. Yep, just an ordinary recipe. It was 1968. President Lyndon B. Johnson orders a quote bombing halt of Vietnam after the Tet offensive. But in reality, the bombing didn't stop. The planes were just diverted to Laos. According to US Deputy Chief of Mission Montego Stearns, well, we had all those planes sitting around and couldn't just let them stay there with nothing to do. By April 1973, the Air Force had dropped an estimated 2.1 million tons of bombs on Laos, which was the equivalent to the entire tonnage the United States dropped on industrialized Germany and Japan during the whole of World War II. We inflicted...we don't know how many dead. There's no counting. No organized life was possible in the villages. Jet planes came daily and destroyed all stationary structures. Nothing was left standing. The villagers lived in trenches and holes or in caves. bombings were aimed at the systematic destruction of the material basis of the civilian society.
