Patrick Bateman Reads My Resume

the job interviewer reading my resume (I wrote the full names, ages, and addresses of his wife and children to impress him)

A job interviewer, played by Patrick Bateman, reads a resume with an unsettling, intensely serious expression. The joke is that the applicant included the interviewer’s family members’ personal details to impress him, turning an attempt to stand out into creepy intimidation. People send this reaction meme when someone uses disturbing or wildly excessive information to make an impression.
