Text on the meme

This game is set in WW2 Following an update, you can now pet the dog-gun in Call of Duty: Vanguard

What it means

A first-person view shows a player petting a large dog-like gun in a tropical Call of Duty: Vanguard environment. The joke is that a weapon has been treated like a friendly dog, absurdly contrasting the game's World War II setting with a modern video-game petting interaction.
