So Far, So Good

Text on the meme

How is it, Raiden? So far, so good.

What it means

A cinematic Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance clip shows Raiden in dark cyborg armor inside a mechanical chamber as machinery moves around him. Someone asks how he is, and Raiden calmly answers, “So far, so good,” making the understated response funny against the ominous, noisy mechanical setup. The clip works as a reaction to situations that are already tense or clearly going wrong but are being casually downplayed.
