My Son Is Very Sick
Please...my son. He’s very sick.
A small yellow pallet jack is positioned in front of a green forklift inside a warehouse, making the pallet jack look like the forklift’s sick child. The joke comes from treating two pieces of industrial equipment as a parent and child, as if the forklift is pleading for sympathy.
