When you're tired of being pregnant

What it means

A pregnant woman stands in her bedroom and gestures toward her belly before the clip cuts to a smiling baby sitting alone in an empty, eerie hallway. The joke is that she has supposedly become so tired of pregnancy that she abandoned the baby in a liminal space; the unsettling Caretaker music makes the absurd punchline feel strangely melancholy and ominous.
