Do Not Erase the Gnome

Text on the meme

Ha-heh! DO NOT ERASE GNOME. HE IS HOLDING THE FABRIC OF REALITY TOGETHER.

What it means

A hand-drawn gnome with a red hat stands beside a warning written on a whiteboard: “Do not erase the gnome. He is holding the fabric of reality together.” The joke treats an ordinary doodle as secretly maintaining the universe, making it a reaction to absurdly serious warnings or fragile situations.
