Dark Souls Players Dodge Rain

Dark Souls players memorizing the attack patterns of a shower

What it means

An animated man stands in the rain, carefully studying the falling drops before rapidly moving across the scene as if dodging a boss’s attack pattern. The joke compares ordinary shower rain to the learnable attack patterns of Dark Souls bosses, while Yuka Kitamura’s “Soul of Cinder” gives the moment an epic, solemn boss-fight mood.
