A green-text 4chan-style story describes a lonely man believing he is at his girlfriend’s house, only to realize he is hallucinating in a psychiatric ward after taking his medication. The Trollface at the bottom represents the absurd punchline: he has effectively pranked himself. This meme is sent as a reaction to self-inflicted mistakes, delusions, or darkly comic failures.
