Baseball Takes a Hit From Behind
MCCUTCHEN CrownCars.
A baseball player in a gray uniform is struck from behind by a pitch while standing at home plate. The ball bounces away, and he walks off as the bat drops, creating an unexpectedly slapstick moment. It is used as a reaction to situations where something goes badly or an unpleasant surprise comes from behind.
Doc start here for the raise. He just was never able to get that hand out in front.
