25 Grams of Benadryl
25 grams of Benadryl BENADRYL!!!!
A pink object marked “25” appears in a convenience-store scene with a grinning Trollface, while another pink “25” lies on the floor of a grimy room beside an old bed and cabinet. The joke exaggerates taking an absurdly large amount of Benadryl, presenting the imagined result as delirious, chaotic hallucination imagery.
