The Most Delicious British Soup

Text on the meme

the most delicious british soup sir

What it means

A pot of murky soup filled with what appears to be rubbish sits on a kitchen stove. The caption sarcastically presents it as delicious British soup, parodying exaggerated praise of unpleasant-looking food and making it useful as a disgusted or ironic reaction meme.
