I recommend going to a black doctor. I just had my first visit with mine and he literally called me out so fast on my toxic shit. I told him I took myself off my antidepressants & he said “oh where did you graduate from, doc, maybe we went to the same place” yes chef. thank u chef Then when I told him I’ve struggled with my weight forever he said “I’ve never understood the skinny white girl trope I’m sorry but we don’t look at bmi’s here” ok king thank you. I left and got a donut.
