Twitch Promoted Stream Recommendation

Hey @Twitch ...that "Pay for Promo" thing you introduced just put this on my front page in my recommended... Live channels we think you'll like Promoted by the streamer's community

A Twitter post shows a Twitch recommendation page filled with seemingly random livestreams, including a drummer and other unusual channels. The joke is that Twitch’s new “Pay for Promo” feature has promoted bizarre content onto the user’s front page, making the recommendation system look absurd.
