Card Declined for Hate Speech

Text on the meme

CARD DECLINED PLEASE DELETE ALL TWEETS THAT VIOLATE YOUR BANK'S HATE SPEECH POLICIES TO PROCESS PAYMENT

What it means

A payment terminal displays a declined-card message with a bizarre instruction to delete tweets violating the bank’s hate-speech policies before payment can be processed. The joke parodies social-media censorship and treats online posts as a condition for completing an ordinary store purchase, making it useful as a reaction to absurd moderation demands.
