Google Maps Car in Chicago
The Google Maps car trying to capture the beautiful scenery of the streets in Chicago
A police car drives through a chaotic city resembling a video game, weaving through traffic while explosions, crashes, and other mayhem unfold around it. The joke contrasts the caption’s peaceful description of Google Maps photography with absurdly dangerous urban destruction, making it a reaction to chaotic situations. The clip is set to Lipps, Inc.’s disco song “Funkytown (Long Version),” with upbeat music and police-siren sounds making the destruction feel comically energetic.
