Forests in Europe vs North America

Forests in Europe: Forests in North America:

What it means

The clip contrasts a peaceful European forest, briefly showing a woodland gnome, with increasingly bizarre and ominous North American forest scenes: corpse-painted metal musicians, a deer caught on night vision, eerie figures performing a ritual, and strange creatures in the woods. Burzum’s “Dunkelheit,” a bleak atmospheric black metal song, makes the escalating imagery feel dramatically sinister and turns the regional comparison into an absurd joke about North American forests being inhabited by metalheads, occult creatures, and cryptids.
