First I Draw This Head
Year of Neco Arc, day 80/365 #necoarc @necoposting Well, first I draw this head... Then I erase some of the more detailed features....
A two-panel drawing shows an artist first sketching a detailed human face, then erasing the features and turning it into a crude drawing of Neco Arc. The joke is that the artist’s elaborate effort ultimately becomes the simple, chaotic cartoon character, making it a reaction to oversimplifying or ruining a drawing. Often sent when someone starts with high effort but ends with a deliberately low-effort result.
