Just come on! I'm sure you'll have fun.

What it means

A cheerful green-haired anime girl pulls a reluctant younger girl out of an apartment while carrying a long instrument case. After the hesitant girl stares in confusion, the scene cuts overhead as the first girl opens the case, pulls out guns, and drops the case. The joke is the ominous reveal behind her insistence that the outing will be fun, fitting a reaction to suspicious invitations or being dragged into trouble.
